Zack Patterson

Zack focuses on sourcing and managing new acquisition opportunities for TMG, with a particular focus on residential housing where he helps oversee the platform. He joined TMG in 2022.

Prior to joining TMG, Zack spent nine years in various roles at Goldman Sachs. Most recently he was a Vice President in the Asset Management Division (fka Merchant Banking Division) helping lead the acquisition and development efforts within the multifamily platform across North America. At Goldman, Zack was directly responsible for the acquisition and development of over 12,500 apartment units totaling over $3.6B in total cost in markets across the Southwest, South, and Southeast regions.

Prior to 2015, Zack worked in Fixed Income in both Dallas and London investing in U.S. mortgages and European NPLs.

Zack is involved in several Dallas real estate groups including serving on the Dallas Advisory Board for Shelters to Shutters.

Zack graduated from the University of Arizona with a B.S. in Accounting and Management Information Systems.
