Stacy Purdy-Lautar

Stacy is responsible for leading and delivering TMG’s property management platform. She has over 30 years of experience in real estate and property management.

Prior to joining TMG, Stacy was with Penzance Properties, LLC as the Executive Director of Property Management and focused on repositioning properties in the local market. Stacy was also with First Potomac Realty Trust as the Director of Property Management. Additionally, she spent 23 years at JLL as a National Director and Group Manager in the property management and engineering department.

Stacy has served as an officer for the Institute of Real Estate Management, holding all levels of leadership Stacy has served as an officer for the Institute of Real Estate Management, holding all levels of leadership including President of Chapter 77 in 2017. Stacy was voted Commercial Property Manager of the Year in 2016 for her work within the industry and organization and has twice been a recipient of the TOBY award. She has earned her CPM and holds the LEED GA designation, as well as both a DC broker’s license and Virginia salesperson’s license.
