Oliver Lee

Oliver focuses on sourcing and managing development efforts at TMG and is currently focused on the expansion of the company’s residential and industrial portfolio into the South East.

Prior to joining TMG, Oliver was a development executive at CRC Companies, a diversified real estate investment company based in Arlington, VA. At CRC, Oliver led mixed-use and residential acquisition and developments efforts for market rate and military projects nationally with direct experience in sourcing, development, leasing, asset management, and dispositions. At CRC, Oliver was directly involved in managing over $750M of development projects. Oliver received his B.A. in Government and Psychology from Harvard College.
