Kyle Maurer

Kyle focuses on sourcing and managing new industrial real estate investment opportunities for TMG, as well as the strategic oversight of TMG’s industrial portfolio.

Since joining TMG in 2015, Kyle has led over $600 million of debt and equity transactions while also serving as a key member of the firm’s fundraise efforts across TMG’s series of opportunistic funds.

Prior to joining TMG, Kyle was an associate with Cushman & Wakefield’s Washington, DC investment sales team. Before Cushman & Wakefield, Kyle worked as an analyst for J.P. Morgan Private Bank in New York City. Kyle received his B.A. in economics from Johns Hopkins University.
