Kevin Waters

Kevin is responsible for the oversight and management of TMG’s property accounting. Kevin has 20 years of experience in directing the principles, practices, and procedures of accounting for companies within the real estate industry.  

Prior to joining TMG, Kevin worked as an assistant controller for seven years and a director of accounting for four years with Bozzuto Management Company, where he was responsible for the oversight of financial reporting for mixed-use assets. Kevin began his career at The Mills Corporation in 2000, preparing audited financial statements for several of their high-profile assets.

Kevin graduated from the University of Maryland with a B.S. in accounting.
