KC Mahan

KC focuses on strategic capital raising execution and investor coverage, including current and prospective investor relationship management. In addition, KC is responsible for ongoing fund management, financial reporting, and strategic initiatives to advance the firm’s investment and portfolio strategies.

KC heads the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Committee as Chair and is responsible for managing progress and implementation of ESG initiatives across TMG’s portfolio, as well as ESG reporting. KC also serves on the DEI committee.

Prior to joining TMG in 2016, KC was a senior accountant with at The Carlyle Group, where she was responsible for the fund and investor-level financial reporting for over $1 billion in assets under management in their Buyout and Financial Services funds. She began her career with PwC, where she was involved in the audit of companies in the technology and mass media industries.

KC received her B.S. and M.S. in accounting from the College of William and Mary.
