Jake Guttman

Jake focuses on financial analysis to support TMG’s investments including new acquisitions and existing asset management.

Prior to joining TMG, Jake was a Capital Markets Associate at Jones Lang LaSalle focusing on investment sales of industrial, flex, land and office assets across the Mid-Atlantic markets, where he was involved in over $7.5 billion of valuation advisory and $2.5 billion in closed transactions. Prior to Jones Lang LaSalle, Jake was an Associate at Bernstein Management Group, Inc. focusing on property management and leasing for a commercial office and retail portfolio in Northern Virginia. Jake received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
