Charlie Schwieger

Charlie is a member of TMG’s asset management team and has over 10 years of commercial real estate experience. Charlie primarily serves as the senior asset manager of the Boro District, overseeing the business plan implementation of TMG’s flagship project consisting of 2.3 million square feet of office, 255,000 square feet of retail and 537 Class A apartment units.

Prior to joining TMG, Charlie was an asset manager in the special servicing group at CWCapital, where he was responsible for the resolution and disposition of over $800 million of defaulted CMBS loans across the country. Charlie was a real estate economist at CoStar Portfolio Strategy (formerly PPR) prior to CWCapital. 

Charlie graduated from Hampden-Sydney College with a B.A. in government and foreign affairs.
