Cassi Poole Eaton

Cassi oversees all functions of HR and operations with a special focus on culture creation. With the firm for over 15 years, her leadership and strategic vision ensure the seamless functioning of the entire team, fostering a culture of collaboration, efficiency, and growth. Her cross-functional approach enables her to work closely with all departments, fostering continuity and synergy across the organization.

Cassi also plays a pivotal role in project design, marketing and corporate communications, further enhancing TMG’s brand presence.

Prior to joining the firm, Cassi worked on Capitol Hill as an assistant to former U.S. Senator Wayne Allard of Colorado. 

Cassi received her B.A. in political science from Colorado State University.
