In 1999, TMG purchased the Virginia Square Plaza land parcel, one of the most coveted sites in the Rosslyn-Ballston Corridor, and completed development and construction on time and under budget. TMG pre-leased 51% of the building to multiple tenants prior to shell completion and achieved 95% occupancy within 12 months of shell completion. TMG sold the building within 15 months at a record sales price for Arlington County at the time.
