Tysons Technology Center is a Class B office complex consisting of a 199,560-square-foot office building and data center and a 79,890-square-foot office building in Vienna, VA. TMG purchased the complex in 2011 and completed a major repositioning, converting substandard offices to data center space and selling off excess land to accommodate a proffered athletic field site, meanwhile increasing occupancy from 63% at acquisition to over 90% upon sale in 2016.
