Property Overview

The Morgan is a 127-unit garden apartment complex located in the popular and active North Bethesda submarket of suburban Maryland, which TMG purchased at foreclosure. TMG grew occupancy from 85% at acquisition to over 96% at sale through renovations to original units, select common area improvements, and the execution of an affordable housing covenant on the property. TMG sold the asset in 2019.
