Dulaney Center is a two-building, 305,888-square-foot office complex connected to the Baltimore area’s leading mall and a full-service hotel in Towson, MD. Its first acquisition, TMG purchased the complex in 1994 at a substantial discount to replacement cost. The property was 69% leased at acquisition, and TMG fully stabilized the investment 12 months later, selling the property after a 15-month hold.
