Community Building

We envision and execute ambitious projects that exemplify sustainability and wellness, applying our impact on the built environment to foster communities that are lively, enduring, equitable, healthy, and appealing to a wide range of audiences.

Placemaking

Promote healthy lifestyles and emotional wellbeing for residents, tenants, and visitors through activated public amenities, pedestrian-friendly streets, green and open spaces, and on-site conveniences.

Transportation

Provide a diverse array of transportation options that de-emphasize fossil fuels and make it easy for users to choose healthy, environmentally friendly options like biking, walking, ridesharing, and public transit.

Programming

Engage tenants, neighbors, and stakeholders in the livelihood of each community through thoughtful activations and tailored events programming that highlights each project’s unique features and amenities.

Healthy Buildings for All

Meridian prioritizes the safety and health of all tenants, as evidenced by our Certification With Distinction for the Fitwel Viral Response Module, a joint program between the CDC and GSA determining and certifying best practices for mitigating the spread of contagious diseases within buildings. The Fitwel Viral Response Module builds upon and operationalizes the global scientific evidence highlighted in Fitwel’s Research to Action resource series, which crafts data-driven strategies that mitigate viral transmission, build trust, and create healthy environments for all occupants. Tenants enjoy healthier environments, trust and transparency with building management and operations, and an invaluable feeling of safety and security knowing that rigorous protocols are in place.

{Alvéole Beehive is a} great idea and as an organization that is carbon neutral, this is one of the reasons we decided to lease from the original ownership and glad to see you have continued this initiative.
