TMG prioritizes the safety and health of all tenants, as evidenced by our Certification With Distinction for the Fitwel Viral Response Module, a joint program between the CDC and GSA determining and certifying best practices for mitigating the spread of contagious diseases within buildings. The Fitwel Viral Response Module builds upon and operationalizes the global scientific evidence highlighted in Fitwel’s Research to Action resource series, which crafts data-driven strategies that mitigate viral transmission, build trust, and create healthy environments for all occupants. Tenants enjoy healthier environments, trust and transparency with building management and operations, and an invaluable feeling of safety and security knowing that rigorous protocols are in place.
