Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee  

Meridian is committed to promoting, protecting, and enhancing a diverse and inclusive working environment where we value and develop employees of all backgrounds and perspectives. Diversity and inclusion enrich our workplace culture and our world at large. We advance this objective through recruitment, development, and retention of a diverse workforce; proactive community engagement; and ongoing education on diversity issues in our industry and beyond. 

Meridian’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Committee meets biweekly to analyze current events, relevant DEI matters, and applied initiatives for promoting DEI within Meridian and among our peers in the industry. The committee organizes training and continuing education for employees and managers as well as community engagement opportunities. 

Environmental, Social & Corporate Governance Committee 

Taking a comprehensive approach to wellness and sustainability, our dedicated Environmental, Social & Corporate Governance (ESG) Committee puts impact at the forefront of Meridian’s management approach and day-to-day operations. From outdoor fitness classes, uplifting team-building workshops, and local volunteering events to Bevi water stations, composting initiatives, and the annual Meridian Crab Feast, the ESG Committee makes Meridian and its properties mindful and meaningful places to live, work, and thrive. 

Innovation Committee

Our internal team dedicated to innovation initiatives actively advances technology-driven improvements throughout all practice areas at Meridian, from implementing smart building technology to enhancing the tenant experience with user-friendly technology touchpoints and building mobile apps.
