TMG takes its name from the word’s less-known definition: a period of continued success and prosperity. We challenge our team to flourish in and out of the office, embracing individual successes and fostering close-knit relationships.

TMG’s worldly outlook is reflected in our office’s signature centerpiece, a sculptural orb light inspired by the commonly known definition of our namesake—the longitudinal lines that traverse the globe. A daily reminder to push boundaries and seek inspiration beyond our surroundings, the sculpture captures our shared values and collaborative nature.
