First deal closed: The Dulaney Center in Towson, MD

Headquarters opened at 3 Bethesda Metro Center

Surpassed $1 billion in total capitalization of investments

Gary Block joined The Meridian Group as Partner and Chief Investment Officer
2014
The Meridian Group expanded and moved its headquarters to the 14th floor of 3 Bethesda Metro Center
2016
Fund II closed with $231.6 million of discretionary capital

Phase I of The Boro development delivered with 500K SF of office, 260K SF of retail and 677 residential units (537 apartments and 140 condos)

Fund III closed with $146.6 million of discretionary capital
