Property Overview

In 1998, via limited auction, TMG acquired a senior note secured by a 219,344-square-foot complex of two four-story, Class A office buildings in Rockville, MD. Identifying substantial potential for value creation in the vacant, under-managed, high-quality office complex, TMG completed the foreclosure process, took title to the property, and renovated key areas of the buildings. TMG fully leased the two buildings to a single tenant, then sold the entire complex to the tenant.
